Per ben tre volte. Inseriti tutti i dati (tutti, controllati e re-inseriti in alcuni casi per sicurezza) il pulsante per completare il workflow resta inattivo. Tempo perso e pessima, pessima UX. ### 1/5 — Non trova il centro vicino *2025-05-13, version 2.12.1* Buongiorno, ho scaricato oggi l’applicazione. Ho provato a prenotare un prelievo sangue ma non trova il centro più vicino. Considerato che ne ho uno a 500 m da casa, mi pare un po’ strano perché mi restituisce il messaggio di allargare la ricerca: qualsiasi valore di chilometraggio, io metta nella ricerca (dai 5km ai 200km) mi dice che non ha trovato nessun centro nelle mie vicinanze. Chiedo come mai visto che poi utilizzando la funzione “Supporto app” entro nel sito e in 10 secondi riesco a fare tutto. Al di là dell’app, tenete presente questa cosa riguardo il SYNLAB: se andate sul sito web e volete consultare i referti, a seconda della sede e dell’esame, la piattaforma e le credenziali per accedere possono essere diverse! Quindi, assicuratevi che le vostre credenziali siano “compatibili” con questa app. Ad esempio, sempre con questa app, io posso vedere i referti di esami fatti presso una sede, ma non per un’altra, anche se si tratta sempre di SYNLAB! Il SYNLAB è organizzato in modo un po’ confuso e frammentato, quindi fate attenzione. ### 1/5 — App di fatto inutile, pessima esperienza *2024-10-05, version 2.8.0* Una volta scaricata l’App, cercando di fare una prenotazione dopo svariati tentativi non compare alcuna prestazione….leggendo poi tutte le recensioni negative si scopre che a quanto pare il servizio é attivo solo per poche regioni (non la Lombardia), non ci sono parole…. ### 1/5 — Inutilizzabile *2024-09-04, version 2.6.0* Do una stella poiché inutilizzabile, selezionando la città e la prestazione da prenotare il risultato é sempre: “Nessuna sede trovata per la prestazione selezionata” , nonostante nella città selezionata sia presente più di un centro e soprattutto nonostante si selezioni un range di 200km dalla città selezionata.
