Syno On gives you an easy way to monitor the status of your NAS Synology, handle download tasks or scheduling the turning on and off the device. It has a built-in Wake On Lan-Wan so you can easily turn your DiskStation on when needed.

A SSH console has been added to connect to a router, to the DiskStation itself or to any other device to make the settings needed.

*Although it is possible to use the SSH console and the Wake On Lan function with any device, you must own a NAS Synology and have the DSM 5.2 minimum version installed to use the other features of this application.*

Worst app ever

I am using this with a few other third party synology apps. It works fine to download files over torrent but it always asks me to login again for 2FA. I wish there was a remember this device feature.

Although one thing I think that’s holding it back is the bt search is quite slow. It takes a long time to search which is a bit of a pain but other then that the app has a nice ui and some cool features.

I just use the basic features of this app to remotely power on my home desktop (allowing me remote access without having to leave it running all day). For that purpose, it works great and better than the other couple apps I tried - since I can do so by DDNS name instead of just IP address. I haven't tried the app's other features yet.
