Aber wenn ein critical Update bereit steht kann man es darüber nicht lösen. Bei keinem Case war das auch nur für die grundlegendsten Daten der Fall. Das Casehandling mit und ohne Active Insights unterscheidet sich nicht, proaktiv passiert da auch nichts. Was da also für ein Supportvorteil bestehen soll, bleibt ein Geheimnis. Cluster werden nicht richtig unterstützt, das passive Gerät ist immer offline obwohl es in Wahrheit ja mitläuft, eine eigene IP hat und damot auch eigenständig kommunizieren kann und problemlos managebar ist. Active Insight versteht nur einfach keine Cluster. Für diese Spielerei ist das Abo zu teuer. ### 1/5 — Why not just use the browser? *2023-09-16* What’s the value of the app? Auch nicht nach Neuinstallation der App. Der Fehler kommt nach Eingabe des Passworts, vor der 2FA Anmeldung. ### 1/5 — Status wird in App nicht aktualisiert *2023-01-28* In der App wird seit Monaten der Status der NAS (letztes Update) nicht aktualisiert. Auf der Website passt es. Scheinbar hat die App hier ein Problem und macht sie überflüssig, wenn ich mich im Web anmelden muss, um den aktuellen Status zu erfahren. ### 2/5 — Lots of False Positives - needs work *2022-12-07* Now that Synology is charging for using this app, there is absolutely no excuse for it to continue generating numerous false positives. Every time one comes in the user needs to check and see if everything is OK. It is a tremendous waste of time. The app has serious potential, but lack of attention to these continuing bugs reduces its value, regardless of how many units you were watching over. In fact, it makes it even harder to justify paying for the service. If you were interested in it, I strongly recommend going with the free version with one device for a period of time to see if it fits your needs. ### 2/5 — Somewhat useful *2022-11-02, version 1.0.5* This app could be merged with another Synology app. Please fix the bug with notifications not clearing! And your web support system is terrible. Bei mir ist er wieder alles ok und dennoch steht 19 neue Nachrichten. Wenn das gelöst ist, gibts 5 Sterne. Danke ### 2/5 — Wozu? *2022-04-25* Eher nervig als hilfreich. I like that you can switch between different accounts easily so makes monitoring various customer’s machines easy. The one thing I find slightly annoying though is that the Event notifications need to be resolved one at a time.
