Our website can be found here: https://synrad.com.au. Once your results are ready, you will receive a text message with a link. You will need this link to activate your account and set a secure password. If you need assistance with the app, please email help@synrad.com.au with a description of the problem. Please Note: Your doctor can access your images and report as soon as they are available. Every time I try to log in It tells me my credentials are wrong. I submit a Forgot password message, then add password etc & then it wants me to download the app which i already have & then it tells me again I have the wrong credentials.
