## What is Synthesis Tracker?

Synthesis helps parents log how their child with ADHD or other diagnoses is doing by voice, in seconds, even on the hardest days.

Speak for 30 seconds about your child's day. Synthesis transcribes your observation on your phone, structures it into a clear log entry, and after a few days surfaces specific patterns like a mood dip in the 3–5pm window on 4 of the last 7 days.

You already know your child better than anyone. Synthesis helps you prove it with a record you can bring to your next appointment.
