What stands out here is how personalized everything feels. I really like that it takes multiple body factors into account instead of giving everyone the same recommendations. Because of that, the calorie estimates feel much more realistic. The app is also simple and convenient to use, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

Great app! All the most useful features are free. Calorie calculation, daily routine and much more in one place, which is very convenient, you don’t need to switch between different apps
