Forced to use the app to upload to Discovery Health. The app doesn’t integrate well to the iHealth BP monitor - constantly losing connection, and it makes it extremely cumbersome just to take a “live” BP reading. Please fix this. Suggestions: take the history in the device as opposed to using a “live” interaction? However you solve it, I don’t mind, but please prioritise this - it’s a horrid user experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we genuinely appreciate it and are sorry to hear the experience with your iHealth BP monitor has been frustrating.

To clarify how the integration is designed to work: take your BP reading on the monitor as normal, then sync the monitor to the SyntroP app. When the sync completes, the monitor's memory resets and the readings stored on it are transferred into the app.
