Your monthly subscriptions you make online are completely separate and don’t count towards anything. Too many problems ### 1/5 — Problemas para acceder tras actualización *2025-02-07* Se ha actualizado el app y ahora no reconoce el email ni para recuperarlo y no se puede acceder a los puntos ¿lo podéis arreglar? ### 1/5 — No pots pagar amb l’app *2025-02-02* A la app no et deixa guardar la targeta per pagar. ### 1/5 — Can’t login anymore. *2025-01-29* I don’t know what happened, but since the v2.0, the app no longer sign in. I can’t see my points nor the qr code. Tried to reset the password, but got an internal server error. ### 1/5 — Lost account & payment removed *2025-01-29* The Syra app was good about a year ago, then they removed the payment system through the app (which gave you beans & a little discount) mainly because they clearly seen they can make more money by removing it and claiming it’s “TeMpOraRy” but it never came back. Anyways, forced update signed me out and now my account has been completely deleted from their system which caused me to loose over 400 beans (their loyalty point system which equates to just under 2 coffees or €5) Prices have been jacked up, workers are always complaining they are underpaid, the core values of this business has been ruined for corporate greed and profits. -3/10 would recommend to an enemy but not a friend ### 1/5 — Falso descuento *2024-09-07* Después de subir el precio una barbaridad, ( de 2,2€ a 2,80) el latte y de ( 2,8€ a 3,60) el flat white, dicen que pagando a través de la app se mantenía el precio anterior, Pues después de pocos meses, desactivan el pago con tarjeta, así que la promesa de mantener los precios resulto ser falsa. Por ese precio voy a otro sitio con mejores cafés, donde me puedo sentar y tomarme el café tranquilo que cafeterías de especialidad en madrid hay a patadas. ### 1/5 — No permite pago con tarjeta *2024-07-10* Desde hace meses que no se permite el pago con la app y por lo tanto no podemos acceder al descuento, el principal atractivo y motivo para tenerla. ### 1/5 — App fuera de servicio *2024-05-21* Desde que ya no permite pago en app, no he vuelto. 2,60€ no es un precio atractivo teniendo otras ofertas de cafeterias especialidad con tope a 2,20€ 2,40€… ### 4/5 — Ver historial de saldo *2024-05-13* Hay alguna forma se ver el historial de los puntos que voy adquiriendo o restando. Cuando hago alguna operación sea compra o redimir nunca lo veo reflejado al momento. Estaría bien poderlo ver ### 1/5 — No admite pagos *2024-05-05* Desde hace semanas no admite pago con tarjeta.
