Now they have added so many useless functions that the main function of the app is very clunky. Searching products is very hard and have worked for this company for 14 years. Can’t imagine how customers feel ### 2/5 — Randomly deletes everything in your cart *2026-06-28, version 2026.06.25* Usually fine but sometimes it decides to randomly delete your $20,000 order right when you go to the cart when you’re ready to submit it. Annoying af. ### 2/5 — Uninstall and reinstall *2026-06-15, version 2026.06.02* This app does not work. I do not understand how so many people have given it high reviews. Multiple times it doesn’t load at all. You open the app it just sits on the blue screen with the Sysco logo doing nothing. You uninstall it and reinstall and it works fine. This app needs firmware updates or something. The navigation inside of the app is also lacking in its functionality. You shouldn’t have to struggle to do certain processes like claiming a short item or a mis-pick. I’m sticking to the desktop version. At least there it loads and signs in. Unfortunately that also lacks common sense user friendliness. Whole system needs an update on user usability! ### 1/5 — App no longer loads *2026-06-14, version 2026.06.02* I have used this app successfully for years, but the most recent update has made it not work. When I open the app, the blue loading screen appears, but it goes no further. The app stays on the screen and will take me nowhere else. As a result, I can’t place orders for my restaurant using the app. Last night, I left my phone running with the blue screen on it to see how long it might take an hours later it was still sitting on the blue screen. Nothing I have done changes it so clearly something in the most recent update has screwed it up. I have an iPhone 14 and my iOS is 26.5 so I am current enough that I shouldn’t have a problem. ### 1/5 — Application always have problems *2026-06-10, version 2026.06.02* When ever open this application its not working and we can’t able to add products. ### 3/5 — Error *2026-05-27, version 2026.05.20* I keep getting a error message everytime I try to sign in. I have all my login info saved and it still gives me an error when trying to sign in. I’m pretty much locked out of my account. ### 1/5 — Full of bugs and rarely works *2026-01-31, version 2025.12.02* I have been using this app for over a year and it is frequently bugged. Buttons to order items are invisible or simply don’t exist, shopping cart loads as empty after filling it. Constant re-installs do not fix the problem. Problems seem to exist on phone app, tablet app and laptop. I’ve brought these issues up with my Sysco rep and unfortunately they have been of little help. ### 2/5 — Incorrect orders *2026-01-11, version 2025.11.11* When you’re ordering on the mobile app, it decides when it wants to save your order so you need to go through and double check after every item is added. Also, whenever using any of their quick tabs like buy it again, it does not save anything you click so make sure to search the item again and add it to the order, further wasting our time as a us user. ### 1/5 — Log in *2025-10-10, version 2025.09.30* I try so many time so hard to log in my account but never get luck, ### 1/5 — *groan* *2025-09-29, version 2025.09.02* The new update removed ALL favorites and “previously purchased” items; now I have to go in and manually confirm every item number to make sure it’s the previous one I ordered…what an unnecessary nuisance and headache! ### 3/5 — Not too bad, but logs me out on other devices. *2025-08-10, version 2025.08.05* Please make it so I can be logged into multiple devices with the same account. Very frustrating that I can’t stay logged in and have to login again if I use a different device. Also, the auto fill on iOS doesn’t work properly and when you use auto fill name and password, you have to delete one letter and then retype it for it to work. You can’t just have it auto fill and hit submit. Also annoying and frustrating and I’m sure other people have problems and just don’t know how to get it to work. ### 1/5 — My order *2025-08-01, version 2025.01.31* Apparently they don’t want my order. I have to approve all orders for my business, and it doesn’t show any pending approval unless I go to a computer. It also won’t allow you to bypass the “use mobile app” pop up to use your phone browser. I can’t imagine a more useless app. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It doesn’t let you know when the truck is coming u til it’s on its way and I can hardly track the truck since it’s the same color as background. Now, I also cannot find invoices on the app either. It’s about useless. Thankfully my rep helps when they can but they don’t always have that info either. Change this app or go back to the old one.
