For the past year, it has been an ongoing gong show! “No internet connection “ when the device is clearly connected and functioning; app not even loading after signing in, we have left it spinning the ‘wheel of doom’ for an hour (having gone through the order with our rep on the phone) and the app DOES NOT load! Tried many, many times deleting and reinstalling; to no success. This process has been repeated so much that my phone no longer shows the app! I just have to search for it and open it from within. The promise of a new app has been going on for 5 years (+/-?). The time has come, please replace this!
