Easily to operate for anyone. Second, the workouts on here are insane. I one time had a personal trainer and never got into the shape I was in when I did SOS consistently. The digital studio is incredible. I love the intensity and variety. I have tried other at home programs and no one else can attack my legs like Gretchen. The workouts vary in length so even if you don’t have a full hour, you can still get an efficient workout in. The formats are just like in the studio and there are so many available options. There is new content five days a week with a variety of strength, cardio, yoga, and recovery. The classes are creative and keep you engaged. You can find a class for whatever you want to target, or you can just check out the new content if you don’t have a specific target in mind. The instructors are so encouraging and push you with positivity to work hard. The classes are challenging, but different levels are always offered to modify. There is an optional comment section for each class and the instructors always respond to comments, making it feel like you know them, even if you’ve never met in person.
