When booking an appointment it should say what type of appointment I’m booking. How do I know that the doctor has marked an appointment in the calendar if the application does not notify me about it. not everyone doom to the application several times a day ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2023-01-22, version 9* I’ve NEVER managed to book a GP appt using this app. I can’t get any functionality - look at current medications/test results unless I have contacted the surgery first. Given that I try to avoid going to the GP, (it is rare for me to require an appt) BUT when I want to book one, I can’t. I end up phoning the surgery (who don’t seem surprised when I say I have failed to get the app to work). My Gp has blocked me from any personal record or information on this, the NHS and any other app connected to it. Disgusting service! Useless app, has not worked in the three years since first registering for it!! It doesn’t allow me to do that. Total waste of an app. All it does is show me information that I aIl ready know. Surgery went from using Patient Access which worked perfectly for years to this load of garbage. The only thing I can access is repeat prescriptions and that doesn’t work every time. Last two orders both said OK request sent to your surgery, but they hadn’t received it, hence no prescription awaiting at the pharmacy. Also doesn’t display properly on Apple devices. ### 1/5 — Not worth using this app *2022-10-28, version 9* It’s best to use the web based app as this Apple iPhone app doesn’t provide much benefit. Access to prescriptions and appointments is very unreliable. The app keeps dropping one off as one navigates various options, which is very frustrating and time consuming. The receptionist obviously has no clue how it actually works. She keeps changing my password and re-sending me my username along with new password. Then it tells me I must change my password, which I do. It doesn’t recognise the one I changed it to, nor any of those it’s been changed to by the receptionist. So much for my using “services”. ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2024-07-03, version 9* This app promises so much and delivers absolutely nothing. It is the biggest waste of space. It continually refuses to log you in saying unable to connect time and time again. I can order all of my medications and check appointments and result records simply. It’s a shame that it’s no longer available on Google play store anymore, now called Airmid. Prefer this more 👍 ### 4/5 — No problems yet *2026-01-21, version 9* I cannot understand why doctors practise recommends a programme that seems to never be updated but hey all good for now. Fingers crossed it stays that way ### 4/5 — Room for improvement *2020-10-03, version 9* I’ve been using this app for a few years now and sure it looks a bit outdated and it has its flaws but it does everything I need it to do. Some might not be aware of this but with my surgery anyway you can’t book appointments at the moment because they need to speak to you on the phone before giving you an appointment due to the current COVID-19 situation so that feature has been disabled. So you can’t see who you are seeing etc, no appointment time and which branch of surgery it is at. Usually seems to be after an update on iPhone. But not always the case. It’s on the website and perfect for what I need but wanted to use the app and there is no option to choose medications that aren’t already listed, the custom request option is perfect for this, please add it to the app!!! ### 3/5 — Update *2021-03-14, version 9* It works well, however no updates for 12 months, first thing that needs to be updated is logging on with Face ID.
