- Tell us who you are. New invited users now get a quick first-run step to say who they are on the team, so your workspace feels right from the very first login.
- Never lose track of a running timer. If you start a task timer and forget about it, SyteSense now reminds you — a nudge after 4 hours, and another at the end of the day — so hours don't quietly rack up overnight.
- Programme and pricing edits are now owner-only. To keep schedules and quotes accurate, only the project owner can edit the Programme (tasks/schedule) and Schedule of Quantities (SoQ) — everyone else can still view them, and comments and photo uploads are unaffected.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements throughout.

- Team Chat. Message your team in project channels and direct messages, right inside SyteSense. Available on eligible plans.

- Share photos and files. Send images and documents in any conversation. Attachments queue up offline and send automatically once you're back online.
- Works offline. Read your conversations and write messages with no signal — they send the moment you reconnect.

- Notifications inbox. A new in-app inbox collects your alerts in one place, with a live unread badge. Tap any notification to jump straight to what it's about.
