Wondering if this is just a hack system. Remote camera doesn’t work on the watch. The app allows to take pictures, however one is not able to use the watch as a remote in taking a photo. Not able to download the music I would like to download onto the watch. Set it up everything works fine. Really pleased. Put the phone on charge this morning left it over an hour it was showing fully charged. Tried to boot back up, but nothing. So disappointed the watch looks good the features were great. None of the buttons are functioning it’s showing just one word across the centre of the screen which I think is in Chinese but I’m not sure? The design and feel of this watch is great but there are a number of issues with the app. So I’ll be deleting it as it’s unusable. There is an issue with the dial store because It’s not launching at all. There is also an issue with accounts because I’m unable to create and manage my own personal account. There is also an issue with data security because there is none. With no way to manage the security of the data stored on the app I will have to uninstall. App needs a Celsius/Fahrenheit selector for weather as well as imperial/metric selector for other data. Also suggest a schedule to set up custom hours for the do not disturb option. ### 3/5 — Works well. *2022-07-03, version 2.36* The only problem is the dial market is very hit and miss. ### 3/5 — Dial Market freezes the app! *2022-05-29, version 2.36* I have successfully set up and using my new smart watch which is working well, but when I use the app to customise my dial face the ‘Dial Market’ (spinning wheel of death) section of the app continually searches and ends up freezing the app and the app needs to be reset to work again. Having to only use the default dials that come inbuilt with the watch and not able to use the Dial Market at all to customise the face which is a shame.
