It’s hard to believe that one of Canada’s largest supermarket chains relies on such a poorly designed platform as its only interface. The font sizes are way too uniform, making it impossible to distinguish titles from key information. Everything is cluttered together, which makes navigating the app a total headache. If you need help with an order, the "Customer Service" button is hidden on a separate page instead of being located directly under the order details. A promotional pop-up forces itself on the screen every single time I open the app, and there is no "Don't show again" option. It’s incredibly frustrating. The only saving graces are the ability to add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet and the fact that the multi-language support is well-translated and consistent. You either need to completely redesign this app or scrap it altogether. Why even bother having an online store when half the products in the physical location aren’t even listed here? You literally have to guess the country just to search for items, and even then they don’t bother to feature everything in one place. And the vouchers? Total joke. You click on an available voucher, enter the coupon code, and instead of applying it, the app tries to make you pay full price anyway. What’s the point of showing vouchers if you can’t even use them? Fix this mess.
