I thus cannot disable notifications without also disabling them for updates about online orders. Pushy. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Very poor experience *2025-11-21, version 1.2.7* Last night, I made my first purchase on the mobile app and ordered eight items. Today, I received an email saying that three of the items were out of stock and were refunded directly. Another item I bought was a Japanese milk tea, but they replaced it with a different brand without any communication at all. The brand they swapped in has a very high sugar content, which is not what I wanted. I’ve never seen service like this before. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to leave my email and name. I need to cancel the rest of the items that are showing as shipped. I originally made the purchase just to buy one particular item, and I added other items only to reach the $35 minimum. But the item I actually wanted was suddenly marked as unavailable and refunded without any explanation. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2025-06-26, version 1.2.0* My order was late,half of items were out of stock. Prices online are higher than in the store. Service is worse than Sayweee. ### 1/5 — So much hidden fees *2025-06-21, version 1.2.0* My first time bother writing bad review for app - it not only has $4.99 processing fee for each order, for the first time user, the discount can’t even cover delivery fee and processing fee altogether! What’s worse, they stopped delivering tomatoes says it could be not fresh or out-of-stock - bad management - when they refund, they deduct the proportion of the tomatoes price from the new user discount! That makes me feel customers are responsible for bad tomatoes! Prices are often higher than in-store, with significant markups on most items. On top of that, they add extra handling and delivery fees, making online orders even more expensive. The checkout process is a nightmare—I was stuck on the payment page for hours, repeatedly getting errors. Without photos the system won’t proceed. Customer service was also unhelpful. This experience completely defeats the purpose of ordering online to save time.
