You could submit a report of a power outage in the beginning when the app was first launched and you’d get a follow up response, now you don’t probably because there’s so many power outages now. TTEC is so unreliable now, so many power outages now in an area that shouldn’t really be having them.

I used to be able to pay my bills through the app but within the last few weeks whenever I attempt to do so I receive a notice that there is a “newer version of the app, go to app store to update.” To my pleasant surprise, there is no update and now I cannot use the mobile app to pay. Upgrade TTEC??

Usually the app is ok. But today it’s forcing me to the store and the store doesn’t indicate an update to be made. Tapping open doesn’t route back to the app - it routes back to the notice “new version available”.
