It worked fine for the first month but then it started freezing, and now I constantly get the error: “Request could not be processed due to internal error.” The remote start feature is completely unusable . It’s unacceptable that a major company like Toyota provides such a poor quality app with no consistent updates or fixes. Users rely on this app daily and it’s disappointing to see it fail with no clear support or resolution. I also received a message saying my subscription was canceled due to 60 days of inactivity, which is not correct. Two weeks of using the T-Drive, I logged in my T-Drive and whenever I try to start the car it takes long time to loading and then it says “response time is over” and I can’t start the car through the T-Drive app, even when I schedule the car time it doesn’t start the car too. I contacted the dealer and their response was “we can’t help you”, so Toyota and the dealer is selling an amazing car and telling you to buy a car that has an app that will start the car remotely, so I paid this this amount for the car with full coverage with whatever issue it must be fixed, and contacted the dealer and emailed my issue through the T-Drive app and I didn’t get any response from anyone either from the dealer or the T-Drive app channels. So basically, the first issue with T-Drive app will never be fixed either you contact T-Drive support team or contact your dealer who sold you your car. It’s very shameful to get this service and response from a huge company as Toyota. A totally bad service. ### 2/5 — Internal Error 401 *2025-06-24* You guys really need to fix the sign in process for the app. Everytime i sign in i get a message saying “internall error 401” and then the app just crashes. I tried reinstalling but i get the same issue again and again. ### 2/5 — Very basic telematics all *2024-09-04* The all is very basic compared to other brands which offer more features such as toe detection and impact which is very useful nowdays when the car is parked and you get notified of any incident . The T drive app also does not update the latest status which can be noticed from the timestamp seen in the app .
