### 1/5 — They treat their loyal customers like crap. Never patronizing this franchise again

Been accumulating their loyalty points for 2 years only to find out they invalidate them at the end of 2019. Also the stuff you can redeem with points isn’t actually free. There are so many terms and conditions it’s not even worth re-patronizing this place to get the offers.
