PIN is no-long recognized. Cannot reset PIN through app or website. There’s no reason my PIN should suddenly be un-recognized, as I haven’t made any changes and my account hasn’t been compromised. My PIN has been documented in a password manager for over 2-years. 

Worthless buggy app. :(

After 20 years with TMobile, the lack of customer service has become enough to drive me away.
As a company they have made it clear they could not care less about losing current customers; it is almost as if they welcome it. 

The fact that customers cannot speak to someone about their account without driving to one of their stores & waiting is such a waste of time and money. The same people are not allowed to discuss your account without driving you over the phone (even with plenty of ways to verify identity.)

I am aware it is an effort to drive customers to utilize the app for all their customer service needs- and if the AI &/or rep. support could do that efficiently and effectively, then that would be fine. 
Unfortunately that is not the case. Oh well, time to jump through the hoops at another provider :(

Is my app running correctly?? Icant get threw to anyone on the app and phone dose strange thing?? Need help can’t call in using app or 611 eaither something wrong with my app?? is my app working correctly. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It’s like four years old, but still working with certain things I can’t do on my T-Life app. It has a lot of correct information but I need to speak to someone to set it up correctly. I don’t know what’s going on.
