I ensured Family Sharing and correct settings but still my child is able to uninstall this app, rendering it useless. The best feature COULD be "pause Internet" but it requires each device to have this app installed which, as mentioned, is easily bypassed. I want a one-click way to toggle No Data on specific lines. Of course, talking directly with your kids and being open is the best foundation, but having a simple on/off tool is still needed. Instead of this app, I recommend you just go to the Tmobile web site...although that is also inefficient, it is better than this app. I recommend that Tmobile should deploy focused apps that do only one thing and do it well..for example: pick a line, toggle No Data on/off. That's it. Unfortunately, Family Mode and T-Life suffer from bloat and they are time sinks that are counterproductive. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disable Low Power Mode access & Personal Hotspot - IPHONE *2026-08-30, version 4.2.2* On iPhone, Kids put the phone on low power mode and you loose track of them! There is currently no way to disable this on iPhone. It makes this app pointless. This needs to be fixed. Also Kids have managed to get a work around and have access to internet using personal hotspot. I even shut the internet on Family Mode! another device can still tap into the hotspot and use internet. Parents should have the ability to control this and disable it via Family Mode. My son broke their vpn option even after setting it up correctly and choosing options to limit his ability to make changes to the app and vpn. Its features are limited to firstly accessing the phone you want to monitor. I have always preferred that it should be done without the person knowing as I would also want to be able to access the texts, phone calls and conversations without my partner finding out since I started having suspicions about my spouse cheating. I know it's not totally right to spy on someone but I couldn't take it anymore. My question is if I can access the phone that i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? However, i understand we hack phones for different reasons and to recover certain information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. If you keep getting these signs it's most likely to be true your partner is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suits you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat itself.
