### 1/5 — Super frustrated

Has not even been a month with the service, when they came out to “bury” our cable it was placed just underneath the sod and left some of it above the ground.  I immediately called to express my disappointment and frustration as I cannot aerate my yard or even mow certain areas of my lawn because the cable was improperly buried.   They said they would send out the team again but it has been 3.5 weeks with zero communication.  Now the past two days the internet has been down longer than it has worked, and this is not the first time.  We have lost service for several on at least four occasions.  

Extremely frustrating and annoying that paying for a service we cannot even use.  Really hope they get this system sorted out and working as it should.

A cut line 4 miles away and 36+ hours without internet or accurate resolution TAT’s is not supportive of work from home, local businesses, and small businesses. Communication of the outrage and TAT has been absent. The fiber lines should have additional parallel node lines to create a defense system in case a line is cut. I understand there is no immediate long term solution, but the short term solution has been beyond insufficient.

I have had a tech here and trucks out front for several days. I got home tonight and my internet is down. I called 5 times only to be told that they are experiencing high call volume. I have an elderly person who depends on WiFi.  I will be changing my service tomorrow
