The new CEO is ghetto, cheap and absolute trash. Ever since she has come on customer service has had a disrespectful sharp decline into the depths of hell. You will not be on hold for less than AN HOUR anytime you call. Morning, noon, night, you are on never ending holds. Then you finally get someone and they are SO DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. NASTY DESPICABLE ATTITUDES like they’re doing you a favor for paying them and choosing to be a customer with them. They are soooo condescending and nasty and rude and actually start arguments with you and cut you off! I have never! They are soooooo unprofessional!!! It’s absolutely disgusting. I don’t say this lightly. In fact this might be my first time ever saying this about anyone but PLEASE FIRE HER. She is ghetto, cheap and trying to make this the Spirit Airlines of phone services.
