## What is T?

Manage your club, team or association thanks to T-mY!
You can manage members, accounting, events, communications, statistics and much more. The app can manage any type of association: sport, culture, volunteering and social promotion.

All datas and images are on Cloud, so you can access it from any device (even belonging to a different Store) and will be available for club members.

Clubs and associations:
- Access protection thanks to a personal account.
- Ability to manage more than one club, with personal and contact information. For each club you will have a separate management, you can upload the logo and define contact details and personal information.

Members:
- Creation of members with personal data, contact details and pictures.
- Ability to contact each member privately thanks to E-Mail, Sms. Quick key for immediate call via telephone.
- Member types customization.
- Member positions ( role in the association) customization.

Membership fees:
- Definition of the types of available fees (annual, monthly, courses ...) with diversified prices.
- Fees with a fixed number of months and automatic selection of start and end dates.
- Each member can associate a fee with a personalized validity period, with control over the payments made.
- Multiple selection of members and creation of membership fees in automatic mode is possible.

Accounting:
- Cash management with income and expenses, grouping by year and type of flow.
- Account management associated with cash flows (cash, bank, Paypal ...).
- Membership fees management, evidence of expiring or expired quotas.
- Generation of payment receipts and printing in PDF with mail forwarding.

Events:
- Creation of events to be included in the calendar.
- Share with all members through notifications and social sharing.
- Upcoming or past events.
- Event types customization.

Communications:
- Communicate with all members by keeping track of news and forward communications to the whole club through notifications and social sharing.

Non ci siamo, ho scaricato app ma non si riesce a mettere foto e logo si blocca quando si sbloccano i pagamenti. Poteva essere anche buona come idea ma sicuramente da rivedere .

Utilissima applicazione per gestire la mia (ancora piccola) Associazione! Non ho capito se contatti telefonici e spedizione mail sono a pagamento perché non riesco a farle funzionare! Sarebbe utile vedere da qualche parte il saldo di cassa. Grazie.

Non riesco a fare il login, mi dice sempre che la password non è idonea nonostante la formulo con tutti i dati richiesti. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

**Developer response:** Ciao, la password deve contenere almeno 8 caratteri, una lettera minuscola, una minuscola, un numero, ed un carattere speciale. Probabilmente il carattere speciale da te utilizzato non è idoneo, prova con ! o %. Spero tu possa aggiornare in seguito la recensione, grazie.

Credo che oltre ad uomo e donna sarebbe opportuno indicare anche la parola “altro”... per la nostra associazione sarebbe essenziale portare rispetto agli iscritti anche in sede di iscrizione

Bellissima applicazione, complimenti allo sviluppatore che è sempre attento ad ascoltare le esigenze degli utilizzatori.
Sarebbe bellissimo, per ogni socio, poter inserire eventuali date importanti nel suo percorso associativo ed eventuali qualifiche raggiunte compreso le date in cui l’associato l’ha raggiunte :-)
Sarebbe bello poter inviare via email o via whatsapp le ricevute di pagamento delle quote associative.

Attualmente alla quota associativa non viene assegnato un periodo di validità, questo viene manualmente selezionato dall'utente tramite date picker quando la quota gli viene assegnata. Introdurrò a breve la possibilità di creare la quota con un periodo mensile pre impostato, grazie per il suggerimento!
