If I could give no stars I would! You pay for the subscription, don’t use the app, and they claim they have no record of you buying it. Since they “don’t have record” they say you can’t cancel, or they lie and say it’s all handled through Apple. These are probably some individuals who are making bank, knowing good and well they are scamming people! DO NOT BUY OR EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Apple wouldn’t give me a refund and honestly I thought I was buying kittl. BECAUSE IT CLEARLY SAYS KITTL IN THE DESCRIPTION! I choose white as the ink color, click preview, and select a black shirt but it won’t show up, even if I select light pink or gray. I searched in the app for help or faqs but couldn’t find anything.
