I use a dock, so taking it out to design is awkward — seems an easy fix maybe? Anyhow, I have yet to order a shirt, but the offered service seems great for folks needing smaller numbers of custom shirts. ### 4/5 — Can’t handle transparency’s *2022-04-01, version 3.5.1* I love the app but it can’t handle images with Alpha Channels meaning transparencies. The only way you can import images with oShirt is via Apple Photos. When you import a PNG photo with transparencies converts it into a jpg. So several sweatshirts I created contained the background I removed. I have FT with the company but so far no way around it. It would be great if they allowed you to import from the Files app on the Mac. Other than that they do a great job and I’d give 5 stars. Allow us to import outside of Apple Photos so I can import files with transparency! ### 5/5 — OShirt app *2021-10-15, version 3.2.4* I’m super excited this is my very first time using it. I can’t see any 1800 # or email. It has even locked my bank account for trying to use this app when trying to purchase. Please help. Provide a customer service phone number or an email. There is no way we can lock your bank account but if you have entered your details incorrectly eg your billing address or card details multiple times your bank may lock your account to prevent fraud. If you are having problems with your credit/debit card you can also try paying with Paypal who will let you use your balance or bank account instead. In using it before it works perfectly. I have quite a few designs and I don't want to reinstall the app for fear of losing them. The app normally works very well and I have received all my shirts. Glad you're enjoying your t-shirts too! ### 5/5 — Great application *2020-10-25, version 2.9.6* Best app I used to create a T-shirt it doe everything you need to design only been using it for 15 minutes and designed 2 two shirts I know could sale. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Good but not that good. *2023-01-10, version 3.5.6* So I got my two shirts that I ordered.. customized by me personally. 1: the quality came out pretty good and actually a lot better than I had expected. Unfortunately the shirt is super thin to where I can almost see through it. That’s a major flaw imo. The quality of the shirt is just not there at all! How I gave two stars because my designs or the images that I had used came out a lot better than what i had expected but the material for the shirt(s) is just not good at all. 🤷🏽‍♂️ **Developer response:** Hi - for most t-shirts we use 100% cotton medium density t-shirts. They aren't uncomfortably thick but they certainly aren't thin. I paid almost $40 dollars and the design came out super tiny on the hoodie it does not cover the shirt I am extremely disappointed and won’t be using y’all ever again. ### 1/5 — Did Not Receive My Item *2021-04-10, version 3.2.4* I purchased and never received a tracking number or my item and I am reaching out to them to see what’s going on and it takes 2 days for someone to reach out. The application is decent, I would definitely make several changes though. Just for starters, the hoodie has two WHITE strings. The tie strings interfere with overall symmetrical look. I feel like this was done to place a limitation on users. Or the app was rushed. Also, why give the user the option to publicly post their designs? Which gave me the impression, my work may be seen and someone might buy one. No one will see your design publicly according to your official sites disclosure. I mean maybe I’ve got this wrong. Do I? You can share your designs with other users, friends and family who can purchase your design. Great for group orders without having to chase people up for the money. Sharing will only ever happen if you opt-in to this feature.
