But this is different. User friendly and easy to access. Kudos to the developer and Telangana State. Your concerns will be addressed on priority. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless and time wasting app *2025-03-26, version 8.5* I had full kyc account in twallet but after recent upgrade it asked me register again and it’s showing now as low kyc. I even had some money left. When I reached support team they are not even responding. If you call them they say put a message in whatsapp but you don’t get any reply in whatsapp even after 2 days. ### 1/5 — Login issue *2025-03-25, version 8.4* I am not able to login to my account as it says account not registered. However my no has been registered long back. This issue started to happen after the latest app update. UI is also not good if you see the login screen below the status bar there is an empty space in the place of header. How come these basic things are missing. Now I am not even able to use the app because app is asking me to update the password but I forgot my password. There is no way to go to home or back buttons. No way to go to main menu. Only way is to force close app and re-open again. Not sure what kind of design the developer followed. However App Store tells me there is no data collection. The app kicks me out and doesn’t let me login for the next five minutes. Those are the five minutes I am taking to write this review.
