Not the easiest to connect to but once you figure it out it works great!

Worked first time. Now it says connection failed. Tried resetting, restarting thermal, reloading app and still nothing. Others are having the same issue. No fix. Last update was 2 yrs ago.
I like the app, but
So when all is right in the world this is a great app, simple, and just what the doctor ordered. My only problem is my forgetful grandfather changed the default password. I can not find how to reset the default password. Any help would be great
Connection failed
Won’t connect to monocular. I put in s/n but it says “connection failed”
