Heater function doesn’t adopt
Had over a year now, tried on various settings keeps tripping the thermal cut out.
Also when you select a heat function such as time, eco or smart exit the screen and go back in the heat function change hasn’t been adopted. After several attempts it adopts the new function
The timer function on off times set are not switching on or off after changes have been saved.

Needs refinement.
It does very well at the tasks, but the UI hasn’t been fully developed to a high standard.
The menu system drop downs are smaller than the text that fills it: Click on the plans gear and you’ll see that the drop down is cut in half with no way to scroll down further.
Need a feature enhancement to record the amount of time that the heater is powered on or even better; a graph of power consumption / tank temperature. This information has to be available to make smart mode work..

Latest update has broken access away from home WiFi
The latest version of the app and firmware won’t communicate away from home network. Please can you fix.
Good but unfinished
The product is good. The connectivity is okay. The firmware update process is broken, does not allow your normal timer plan to run if a firmware update is available. Really buggy firmware update process. Firmware updates are important but so is having hot water in the winter.
Not very smart .
The product is great . The app could be so much more with an update . For example I will mostly use the boost feature but my only default option is 1hr at 60c . I want 2hrs at 70c . But feel it should have the ability to be fully customisable maybe with different times (boost 1, boost 2 etc) like I can with a £5 smart plug from B&M . Sadly returning.
