## What is T1DMitra?

T1DMitra is a daily care companion for parents and caregivers of children living with Type 1 Diabetes, developed in collaboration with RSSDI — the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India.

Managing a child's diabetes takes constant vigilance. T1DMitra brings together everything you track daily — blood sugar, insulin doses, carbs, and more — into one organised, easy-to-use app.

TRACK BLOOD SUGAR DAILY
Log pre- and post-meal readings across every meal time: Pre-Breakfast, Pre-Lunch, Pre-Dinner, After Breakfast, After Lunch, After Dinner, and Midnight. See the daily average at a glance on the home screen.

LOG INSULIN DOSES
Record bolus insulin doses with specific brand names. Add extra post-meal doses whenever your child's schedule calls for it. View total insulin given each day in your summary.

HISTORY & TRENDS
View 7-day, 30-day, and 3-month history for blood sugar, insulin, and carbs. Switch between a trend line chart and a detailed list view to spot patterns over time.

INSULIN DOSAGE SETUP
Configure your child's full insulin schedule — meal-time doses, ISF (Insulin Sensitivity Factor), and ICR (Insulin-to-Carb Ratio) — all organised as prescribed by your clinic.

VACCINATION TRACKER

Log in with a second mobile number
• Add an alternate mobile number from the Profile screen. Once it is saved, you can log in with either number and see the same child profile and records. This helps when two parents or caregivers look after the same child.

Note of the Day is saved to your account
• Your daily note is now saved to your account along with the rest of the day's records, and comes back when you log in again or on a new phone.

My Contacts on the Home screen
• Important Contacts is now called My Contacts and has moved to the bottom of the Home screen.
• Call, add or edit a contact right from the Home screen. Up to three contacts are shown there, and the full list is one tap away.
• The add and edit contact form has a cleaner, simpler design.

Home screen
• The sugar, carbs and insulin boxes now have a white background with a coloured border, making them easier to read.
• Labels such as "Sugar (mg/dL)" now fit on one line, and the insulin box is labelled simply "Insulin (Units)".

Resources
• The resource cards have been rearranged, with Emergency and Safety shown as a full-width card at the end.
• The App Manual card now opens the app manual directly.
