The app is a disaster, seemingly written by a school project team. Not intuitive or nice looking, very slow and has very small text, with inaccessible background colours. The web app is worse, so slow you have to use multiple windows to achieve anything. It has been like that for at least 5 years and consistently get feedback about how slow it is, but do not improve.
