## What is T30 Trust Recovery Journal?

The only recovery journal built to rebuild trust.

T30 Journal is designed for people doing the hard work of recovery and for the partners rebuilding safety alongside them. It helps couples create structure, understand patterns, own choices, share context, and rebuild trust through consistent action over time.

T30 is built for both sides of trust repair: the person doing the recovery work and the partner trying to feel safe again.

Built for recovery:
• Daily check-ins in a rhythm that fits your life
• Guided long-form journaling for honest reflection
• Emotion tracking with an interactive emotion wheel
• Needs tracking to understand what is driving behavior
• Empathy Journal for reflecting on another person’s experience
• Significant event logging when something important happens
• Insights that reveal patterns in emotions, locations, and follow-through
• Badges that recognize consistency, reflection, and accountability
• Shareable reports that help show progress over time

Built for partners:
• A private partner space for reflection, processing, and clarity
• Processing Center tools for triggers, boundaries, rupture repair, and conversation prep
• Private in-app partner conversations
• Shared check-ins when accountability matters
• Real-time Location Drops for ad hoc reassurance
• Optional short video with Location Drops for added context
• Partner-visible reports and shared progress moments
• Intentional sharing controls so partners receive context, not surveillance

Built to rebuild trust:
• Location-backed check-ins
• Location discrepancy warnings for GPS/photo mismatch, changed check-in location, or manual edits
• Clearly labeled manual locations
• Camera-based accountability check-ins
• Timestamped check-ins, including creation and update times
• Partner sharing for selected accountability features
• Private journaling spaces for both recovery work and partner processing

Designed with safeguards:
• Sharing is intentional, not automatic
• Location warnings help identify inconsistencies before trust is damaged further
• Partner features are designed for accountability, context, repair, and safety
• Private reflections stay private unless you choose to share
• T30 supports honest follow-through without turning recovery into surveillance

Important notes:
• T30 is not a crisis, emergency, or monitoring service
• Location accuracy depends on device signal and permissions
• Video and media sharing may depend on device, carrier, and network limits
• T30 supports recovery work but does not replace counseling, coaching, therapy, or professional care
• Trust is rebuilt through consistent action over time

T30 Journal helps you move from hiding to showing up, one honest check-in at a time.

Own your recovery. Rebuild trust daily.

### 5/5 — Incredible tool

*2026-08-15*

In my attempt not to sound dramatic, this app has been life changing. There has been a noticeable shift in our relationship since my husband has been doing regular checkins using the T30 app. The regular check-ins have provided emotional insight that can be difficult to communicate throughout the day and to verbalize, or even realize. I also like that it’s private and offers more than a text check-in. It seems so simple but it’s so incredibly helpful and covers a lot. Truly, thank you for making this. It really is something incredible and so helpful.

### 3/5 — Helpful, but not reliable

*2026-08-08*

The app is great in covering so many aspects of recovery, but I keep losing journal entries because they don’t automatically save drafts, or if you change the cadence of your check-in’s, they disappear. I’ve also lost some long form journals and still don’t know why.B

**Developer response:** Hello, and thank you for reporting this. We are so sorry you experienced this as you have trusted us with a major part of your recovery. Please know we have addressed the issue.

Version 2.9.3 included a major encryption update, but an error caused some records to disappear from the app. We released an emergency fix, and your records should now be restored.

Because your records are encrypted, we cannot read them on our servers. However, we have verified that the data was not lost. If anything is still missing, please email us at info@t30journal.com so we can help restore it to your device.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us to make this right.

### 5/5 — Core to my recovery

*2026-07-24*

This app is absolutely core to my recovery. I can use the data in check-ins (or lack there of) to realize when I’m at risk of a relapse. It truly helps me show up the way I want to.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this. Knowing that the check-in patterns help you recognize when you may be at risk and make choices that support your recovery means a great deal to us. We’re grateful T30 helps you show up the way you want to.
