That makes this app somewhat ok and somewhat not. If they can really check the indicated addresses it would help to verify if the client is even at the listed address in the app. ### 3/5 — Leads *2026-06-03, version 0.1.53* Not all phone and contact are correct ### 2/5 — Customer service stinks *2026-04-23* Having problems with getting in the system because the system is not recognizing my password. I’ve tried to reset the password and it doesn’t work. I never receive a link to my email to get things changed. I have reached out to their customer service by phone three times. No response. I have also reached out utilizing the online portal no response and also accessing the mobile app no response if you state that you’re available to help someone then you should be available. I was shocked at how many of my direct mail pieces got returned as undeliverable with T65 Locator…so far close to 20% and they are still coming. The service is cheap but you get what you pay for. ### 5/5 — T65 is great for leads *2025-06-04* Only down side to this app is what most people are saying sometimes the information is not as update as we would like. Disconnected numbers, deceased clients. Yet 65 year old people have problems paying the phone bill sometimes, that is not the apps fault, as well as 65 is old enough to pass away from some conditions therefore they can’t control if someone passed yesterday.
