## What is Tab?

Track calories and macros from one photo, including the likely oils, dressings and butter other food scanners miss.

Tab turns a plate photo into an editable food log. Review every item, correct a portion, then log the meal with confidence.

LOG FOOD YOUR WAY
Scan a plate, search foods, use a barcode or nutrition label, or describe a meal. Every result stays editable.

REAL FOOD, REAL NUMBERS
Verified foods are clearly marked and nutrition is scaled to the portion on your plate.

KNOW WHAT TO EAT NEXT
Get three practical plates fitted to what remains in your day, your preferences and your available time.

MORE THAN MACROS
Follow fourteen micronutrients, including iron, calcium, vitamin C and magnesium, so small gaps do not become habits.

A TARGET THAT LEARNS
Tab compares your weight trend with what you log, recalculates weekly and explains every change.

Progress photos stay on your phone. Meal scans are processed to identify food. If you opt in to Scan Improvement, a small random sample may be retained to check accuracy; you can turn it off and delete those photos in Settings. Apple Health, Home Screen widgets, Live Activity, CSV export and optional Tab Pro tools are built in. Eligible annual plans include a three-day free trial.

Tab provides nutrition information, not medical advice.
