I also attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times but was still charged month after month despite contacting them to help cancel my subscription. ### 1/5 — Can’t unsubscribe *2020-03-21, version 2.1* Trying to unsubscribe and the app tells me to visit the website. When I do that and click unsubscribe the website tells me something went wrong and to talk to the application owner. There’s no customer service number or anything, I’ll delete this review as soon as I can find a solution. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get access *2019-08-28, version 1.3* Help!! I tried to create an account and when I went to put in the verification code the box to type it in disappeared. Now I have no ability to get into the app as every time I try again it says the phone number and email are already in use but when I try to login it comes up with invalid password. I even reset the password and got an email and everything but still can’t login. Can someone from the app please help?? I will certainly change my review after if I can actually login! I’ve heard all sorts of 5 star review worthy testaments from friends!! I just want to be a part of the app!! Help!!!!!! ### 2/5 — Bugs *2019-08-16, version 1.3* Seems like a great concept but I can’t utilize it because it won’t load. Every time I log in I just get a blank white screen. Website didn't work ### 5/5 — Smartest app ever. *2019-10-30, version 2.1* My best purchase of a subscription EVER. I LOVE tab hop! It encourages me and my boyfriend to go out and try new places and not stay in like little hermits. It pays for itself in like 2 drinks. Not to mention Parker, who has been so helpful with any issue with the app or subscription charges. I can’t praise this enough!
