Cualquier persona que tenga una cámara instalada por el gobierno local, podrá hacer uso de la aplicación, si no cuentan con acceso, es posible crear una cuenta nueva, pulsando el boton 'Registrate ahora' y llenando los datos solicitados.

Con la aplicación podrás registrar una cámara, llenando los datos solicitados, es necesario ingresar la dirección en donde se ubica la cámara, para ello nos ayudamos de la localización que nos ofrece el dispositivo mediante el GPS, pero si el usuario no esta conforme con la información obtenida, es posible ingresar la dirección manualmente, o bien el usuario puede enlazarse a una existente ingresando el DNS o IP que fue proporcionada cuando se realizo la instalación de la cámara, se visualizara el streaming que realiza, así como tomar fotografías y videos de esté.
