I’m new to Tabata and this is absolutely perfect. Many variations and great music. And will wipe you out. If you can manage to do it for 8 to 12 minutes.

I’m 75 and I found it perfect for any age. I use it when traveling for business and at home. I can do the workouts in the hotel. Looking forward to being able to keep up with my kids and grandkids.

Since the lockdown I’ve had a hard time getting motivated. Following along now on the app I can do 4mins at a time or 8, or even 20mins. (I don’t quick ones most of the time). But it’s so convenient and I feel like I’m doing it with someone and not alone. Oh and it syncs between devices like my phone and TV!! — Thanks Tabata+!

I have been using Tabata Songs to enhance my own fitness for many years while making it an integral aspect of the fitness classes I teach as well. This app is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to get a quality workout at home while receiving easily digestible instruction from a professional coach. Plus the music keeps it so engaging even when there is crazy sweat and heavy breathing knocking on the the body’s door!

I highly recommend the TABATA+ app! is a great variety of classes for different time, equipment and fitness goal options.   The instructors are amazing and the music too.  I haven’t had any glitches at all using the app.  Looking forward to continuing to use it and for new content in the future!

This is my go to for a filler workout or when I want to mix it up. 

Also, perfect for athletes who travel or anyone else that might be away from their gym.
