### 5/5 — Does what it says on the tin

*2016-10-03, version 1.10*

Good app. No issues. The times are very customisable. It works great with a Bluetooth headset too, so I set the intervals and the cycles, and leave my phone on a table. And then I grind. Haven't had an issue yet after using the app for almost a month!

### 5/5 — LOVE IT!!!

*2016-09-09, version 1.10*

Sooooo helpful gives me that burn I desire, keeps my heart rate UP love it so much

### 5/5 — Excellent interval timer!

*2016-01-09, version 1.9*

This is an excellent interval timer and an essential training aid.

A clean and simple interface that makes it a joy to use. Creating and saving new interval sessions is easy to do in the pro version. Once you have set it up you pretty much just have to hit start and you're away.

I think they could make the set up of new interval sessions a little clearer with some spacing between the options but it pretty self explanatory.

There is a tiny delay in some of the sound recordings that could be tightened up an example would be the electronic buzzer. It's a non issue though and I'm merely making a suggestion on that.

Overall an excellent app, fantastically simple and intuitive interface and now an essential part of my training and my athletes training.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2015-10-02, version 1.8*

Really helps with the specific areas I want to work on... Never have to stop to set time for intervals or sets now

Love this

### 5/5 — Works Great

*2015-05-12, version 1.8*

This app is perfect for all my workouts.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2015-03-31, version 1.8*

Easy to configure. Lots of options. Great app.

### 5/5 — Worth every penny

*2015-03-23, version 1.7*

Fully customizable. A priceless tool for my interval training!!! Don't bother with the others they all seem to be lacking at least one important component. This one nails it all. The only thing I would like added is a lock screen widget!

### 5/5 — The "any timer"

*2015-02-18, version 1.6*

Started tabata style work-outs b/c they totally squash my lame "I'm too busy to work out" excuse. Bought the timer b/c I HATE adds.
Gave 5 stars b/c it does what it's supposed to do like it's supposed to do it. AND!! I'm Mr Attention Deficit and have put it to good use when studying, managing my work load while on the job, and in countless other areas where my time and focus need a lil management assist.

### 1/5 — POS

*2016-07-22, version 1.9*

just another crappy app where u have to pay to upgrade to get the useful features and DOENST work after a couple months!!!! RIPOFF!!!

### 1/5 — Just crashes

*2015-03-22, version 1.8*

Unusable on iPhone 6

### 2/5 — Average.

*2014-03-24, version 1.3.1*

The app is good if all you want is a basic interval timer. However SecondsPro app is fare better with more settings, pre-set workouts and the option to customise workouts.

### 3/5 — Quite good.

*2015-03-28, version 1.8*

Very simple and wish there was more to it, but at least the devs bothered to update the app when most don't.

### 3/5 — Good, not awesome

*2014-12-04, version 1.6*

1. I would like to have my workouts on the screen as the timer goes.
2. I would like to be able to be able to have a different time for each set.
This app and the HIIT app should be merged. I give this 3 stars because I know they can do it, but in an effort to make more money they make 2 separate apps. Neither of them are perfect, but together they could be.

Also, it is weird having "Sets in the middle of the time and "Cycles". We read left to right, so the sets should be on the left.

### 4/5 — Great help

*2025-01-21, version 3.5.2*

If you just need a little structure to concentrate this app is perfect. Not too complicated for people like me.

### 4/5 — Apple Watch Support?

*2018-05-24, version 2.1*

Love the iPhone app, but feel like it’s a missed opportunity to not port it to the Apple Watch. Until then, I can’t give it 5 stars.

### 4/5 — Works great for my classes

*2017-02-01, version 2.0.1*

Nice loud noises to tell class the beginning and end of sets. Love it!

### 4/5 — Love this app

*2015-10-29, version 1.9*

Use it to help with home exercise from physical therapy. No more keeping track of counting in my head and sets finished. Now with orientation you can view screen whatever position you use. This app inspires me to do my physical therapy every night. Improvements of app would be edit current set and save. Now one has to save new set and delete old set to make a change. Another improvement iCloud sync to use across devices iPad iPhone etc.

### 4/5 — Versatile and easy to use

*2015-09-17, version 1.8*

Pleased with how easy it is to program and run!

*2020-11-18, version 2.2*

Easy to use

### 5/5 — Great App

*2020-04-27, version 2.1.8*

Use this app all the time. Adjust when the narrator speaks otherwise it will consistently interrupt your music and throw you off a bit. Works really well through headphones, phone speaker, or connected to a PA system.

### 5/5 — Frustrating

*2019-06-10, version 2.1.4*

Never has hooked up to Wahoo heart rate belt.

Use it all the time for my Kettlebell and stretching workouts. Superb app.

### 5/5 — Great help
