We are so excited to bring you on this journey! In our coaching Platform we provide you with everything we wish we knew when we started our fitness journey.We will be working with you closely for the next few weeks/months and we are so excited to be apart of your journey of becoming a healthier, happier and more confident you!

Our online coaching service includes:

- Personalised nutrition plans - restrictive diets are not part of our plan. If you are vegan , vegetarian , gluten free you name it. Don't worry we got you covered.

- Personalised calories & macros( to ensure you are eating the correct amount for your specific goals)

- Workout programmes- Created for each individual, any fitness level, from home workouts to gym workouts. Step targets to hit each week.

- A workout library to allow you to watch a tutorial on every exercise you can think of, to help you feel more confident and improve your form.

- Nutritional guidance, along with our E-books full of lots of recipes, tips, and education around nutrition.

- Weekly check ins - Accountability to make sure you are on the right track and to give you our full support and guidance. Communication is key for us.

- 24/7 contact via messenger on the app.

- Access to a whatsapp group chat with all ladies doing the online coaching.

- Supplement advice and plans available in our app.

- Weekly informative videos eg alcohol tips , eating out tips.

- Habit trackers to keep you focused and motivated.

- Everyday you will be gaining knowledge to maintain a healthy & realistic lifestyle while still achieving your goals.
