## What is tabibi?

Collect travel ideas, compare places on a map, and plan each day with friends in tabibi.
Save restaurants, hotels, photos, and links as you decide where to go.

Save ideas before you choose a destination
Keep links from Safari and social apps, photos, notes, and checklists in Ideas. Review them with friends, then move the information you want to use into a plan.

Compare places on the map
See where places are in relation to each other. Check what is near your hotel and which stops to visit on the same day.

Organize your daily itinerary
Assign places to a day, adjust their order, and check travel between stops. Build an itinerary that fits your pace.

Edit a plan together
Invite friends or family to share and edit places, schedules, notes, photos, and checklists. Use the same plan to discuss ideas before the trip and check the itinerary while you travel.

Check your plans on the go
Open today's itinerary, your next stop, or hotel details. You can read saved itineraries offline. Maps and shared updates need an internet connection.

Use tabibi for solo trips, weekend outings, and trips with friends or family.
Create your first plan without signing up. An account is required to share with friends.

Compatibility
Works on iPhone with iOS 18 or later, including devices without Apple Intelligence.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.6 — 2026-10-15

We updated how you get started and how you work with candidate spots.

• A welcome screen now opens first. Choose "Create a plan" or "Save a note" to begin. You can open the feature tour anytime from "See how it works" on the welcome screen or from Settings.
• Tips for adding places and building your itinerary now appear one at a time, as you go.
• Your plan now shows how many candidates you have. Tap it to see only the places you haven't added to your itinerary yet.
• Candidate spots also appear as faded pins on the itinerary map. Select a pin and tap "Add to itinerary" to choose a day.
• After you add a candidate spot, you can check it right away in the candidates list.
• With larger text sizes, button labels and guidance no longer break in the middle of a word.

### 1.4.5 — 2026-10-14

Updated the empty screens for plans, ideas, and notes.
Smaller characters and clearer guidance make it easier to start planning a trip or add your first note.

### 1.4.4 — 2026-10-08

We improved the first-time experience.

When opening tabibi for the first time, an introduction tour walks you through key features: saving ideas, importing posts, checking locations on a map, building daily itineraries, and collaborating with friends.

After the tour, you can jump straight in by choosing either "Create a plan" if you already know your destination, or "Save a note" if you are still exploring ideas.

We also made general performance and usability improvements across the app.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-10-04

We reworked the plan detail screen so it is easier to use.

The "..." menu and the travel check now stay on screen and can be read to the end. Moving a place to another day is now under "Move to another day".

After you delete a place or a reservation, "Undo" appears where you can see and tap it. Reservations now ask before deleting or closing, and show why they can't be saved.

During a trip, today's plan is easy to read first. The next place has buttons to head there in a maps app and to mark it as visited.

If a change couldn't sync, tap "Review" on the plans list to send it again, or undo it and use the latest version.

Larger text sizes and reordering with VoiceOver are now supported.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-10-03

Links from social apps and websites now appear as previews with a thumbnail and title, instead of plain URLs.

Notes, lists, and hotel or flight candidates now appear in one list, in the order you added them. Everything is added from a single Add button.

Tap a photo to see it larger and swipe to view the rest. You can delete a photo from that screen.

Tap an expanded trip card in Plans to open it.

The prompt for turning on AI features is simpler to read.
