## What is Tabla?

Bring a steady tabla accompaniment to your daily riyaz. Tabla provides recorded tabla strokes for free, with an optional one-time purchase to add Tanpura, Manjira and Sur-Peti.

CHOOSE YOUR TAAL
Explore 18 rhythmic cycles, including Keherwa, Dadra, Bhajani, Teentaal, Rupak, Ektaal, Jhaptaal, Deepchandi and more. Follow the bols, current matra and avartan as you practise.

TUNE YOUR PRACTICE
Set your Sa from A2 to E4 and fine-tune it by up to 50 cents. Adjust tempo from 30 to 300 BPM, tap in a tempo, or switch quickly to half or double speed. Shape the accompaniment with bass and individual instrument levels.

UNLOCK ALL INSTRUMENTS — ONE-TIME PURCHASE
An optional US$2.99 purchase (local prices vary) unlocks all three accompanying instruments: Tanpura, Sur-Peti and Manjira. No subscription.

Add a tanpura drone with Pa or Ma tuning, a sur-peti (shruti box) drone, and manjira. Keep your practice going with background audio and lock-screen playback controls.

MAKE PROGRESS
Use Riyaz mode to raise the tempo by 1–10 BPM every 1–8 avartans. Save named presets to return to your favourite settings, or start with the included practice presets.

PRACTISE OFFLINE
Tabla playback, all 18 taals, tempo, tuning, bass, tabla volume, presets and Riyaz are free. All sounds are bundled, and unlocked instruments work offline. Buying or restoring the instrument unlock requires the App Store. No separate account or ads. Settings and presets stay on your device.
