It’s not enough to test the app, really. ### 3/5 — Noise is there *2021-05-31* I’ve installed and purchased the app. But while playing the tabla there’s an unusual noise which is really not expected and very annoying. I’ve reinstalled the app but results are same. The number of taals given are very limited. One cannot start the taal from the middle. For example if you are practising teentaal and want to start from beat 1, you need to wait for the full loop. Cannot reset the beat to the 1st matra after we click pause..the beat starts from where it was paused when resumed. 2. Cannot start tabla seperetly. It starts along with tanpura...sometimes we require beat to start only after some alap. I reached out to the developer with email and got no answer and no support. I hope this is not just a scam. Sound quality is incredible and so real and clear. There is a sound level issue which Aman already is in the process of resolving. Support is excellent, I have received very quick replies to my emails. Further more I understand Aman is adding quite a few new Taals which should take this app to the next level. Just a small advice to add Chau taal as well under the section Classical or rather you can make a separate section DHRUPAD . Also the tanpura Sound is great but the volume part is still a bit low for tanpura ( I used a Bluetooth speaker as well and then also felt that tanpura sound could be a little better ) . Practising to tabla is much better. This app is really good - Tanpura has options for Sa-MA , Sa-pa, and Sa-ni so you can play raags properly. The kherwa beats are particularly cool.
