I was skeptical of an App that can "improve" my skills, but it really has. 1- the demonstrated serve variations and mechanics are excellent. They literally show every major serve you will see in competitive table tennis. You can review them in slow motion. 2- your visual processing speed actually becomes faster. It took me a while before I figured out this part of the app actually made me faster. I spent all my time reading serves initially. But play the game where you have to read if it is being played to the forehand or backhand. And your ability to prep for the next shot in real games will seem faster. 3- this app lead me to their YouTube videos. Which again if you are looking for proper mechanics, I think they are the best. This is my first review.
