## What is Tablee?

The seating plan, minus the three hours of sticky notes.

You enter your guests and your rules , who belongs together, who should stay apart. Tablee builds the floor plan and leaves you the final say on every seat.

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES

• You describe, the app seats. "These two together", "definitely not those two", "children at one table". Tablee looks for the arrangement that honours the most rules.

• It tells you what it gave up. When two rules contradict each other, it doesn't choose in silence: it shows the trade-off and lets you decide.

• A last-minute cancellation breaks nothing. Remove a guest, run it again: the plan recalculates while moving as few people as possible. Anything you placed by hand stays put.

• You keep control. Drag someone with a finger, pin them, run it again. What you fixed is never undone.

• Your guest list arrives in one paste. Paste a spreadsheet, import a CSV, or pick from your contacts. Households, groups, meals, allergens and replies all come through.

• Several rooms. Drinks in the garden, dinner in the barn: each room gets its own plan.

Seating your guests just became child's play.

NEW — Table view
Each table appears in large, one per page, with a readable first name on every chair. Swipe to move between them.

NEW — Move guests with your finger
Hold a guest and drag them onto another chair: the target seat lights up, its occupant steps aside, and the two swap places.

Precise seats
Every guest now occupies a specific chair. An empty seat between two guests stays empty, and printed seat numbers match those on screen exactly.

A clearer room plan
First names appear as you zoom, two buttons control the scale, the view frames your tables rather than the empty room, and two tables can no longer overlap. New tables for 4, both round and banquet.

Accessibility
Text now follows your iOS text size settings, and guest replies are shown by a symbol, not only by a colour.

A redesigned welcome in six illustrated pages, and screens that make better use of the width on iPad.
