It was easy to sign up and find a venue, pay for it, and be welcomed. We even had a concierge reach out to us before and after to make sure everything went smoothly. Not user friendly at all hard to navigate. ### 1/5 — This is a scam *2017-04-13, version 3.3.2* The app provides nothing, no reservation assurance. They simple provide your name and interest to the venue and then the venue uses that to take the highest payer or to ask you for more money because they have someone else willing to pay more. Double booked us with a table that had already been reserved by someone else weeks earlier - I even prepaid for it!!! Doorman did not have reservation from Tablelist on his end. He also said Tablelist under charged for the table. After a bit of back and forth, he honored the table and the price but it was not pleasant. App did not work for me. ### 1/5 — Annoying abuse of notifications for Ads *2015-09-30, version 2.18.1* About ready to remove my Account and the App. Abusive use of notifications for advertisements and unwanted suggestions. No control in the app to only notify on actual reservations. OpenTable's App doesn't abuse this, nor should TableList. ### 1/5 — Not Much Reason *2015-09-28, version 2.17.2* Where to begin. It's more of a hassle adding them as a middleman. Go directly to the club and you'll get better deals and you won't be treated as a second rate guest. After "platinum" status and 12K with multiple bookings they don't even have the decency to respond to my messages. The Reward are either useless or take spending 50K($500 value with blade) get an Amex and don't bother. Also bottle choices on the app rarely reflect the whole list.... ### 1/5 — Beware of using this app *2015-08-25, version 2.17.2* My friends and I used this app to pre-book a table at a club in NYC and once we arrived, the doorman told us that we would have to pay an additional $500 before tax and tip for the table. Tablelist has no control over final prices at the door of any club - anyone using this app can be forced to pay more at the club. We really weren't sure what to do for Halloween but I checked out the "Pulse" feature and the concierge was SUPER helpful in planning a night out for me and some friends.
