### 2/5 — Not worth the monthly fee

*2026-06-05, version 4.0.0*

This app does nothing different than what Resy already does. You just put in an alert, and It’ll let you know when there’s a reservation available. The exact same thing that I Resy alert will do.

### 1/5 — READ BEFORE DEVELOPER TAKES DOWN REVIEW AGAIN

*2026-02-04*

Honestly pretty hilarious that the developer had my review taken down several times when all of the things I mentioned were truthful like an inability to customize time ranges, seating options was a flaw and that it was just a bad Resy API wrapper. And when I called out that they were suiting up to make it a charged service got some bogus response from the developer "We pride ourselves on offering our tools to help you land reservations without a cost". Well that aged like milk and maybe the cherry on top is that some of their recent five star reviews are clearly just friends of the developer trying to prop up their rating because some of the reviews came in when the app was down for over a week (ever heard of rollbacks or reliable deployment strategies?)

### 1/5 — HUGE fee for nothing

*2026-01-16, version 4.0.0*

Takes all of your information then you can’t use a single function without signing up for a $15 a month membership fee. Awful. Do yourself a favor and just walk into / wait at a restaurant you want. Don’t get scammed by an app.

### 1/5 — App issue

*2026-01-07, version 4.0.0*

App opens but screen never loads — black screen. I’ve reinstalled, reset network settings, waited hours, and cannot log out. Support emails bounce. Please fix or advise.

### 4/5 — Add a log out button!

*2025-12-31, version 4.0.0*

Hellooooo pls add log out button , I accidentally signed in to a wrong account and now unable to login and it gets me back into same account 😕

### 2/5 — Lots of Issues

*2025-12-16, version 4.0.0*

Really frustrating that the team keeps pushing new updates for things like new cities and UI upgrades, when I can’t even log into my account, and every update seems to cause issues for a service that requires live working notifications at all hours.

### 1/5 — $15/mo

*2025-12-10, version 4.0.0*

Advertised as a free app only to download it and nothing work until you pay first lol

### 1/5 — App has become useless

*2025-10-20, version 2.0.7*

Not only is the live functionality completely deprecated alongside a new unintuitive UI. The primary function (reservation alerts) works less than half of the time to the point where if I get a notification I will typically just enter the Resy or OpenTable app and try to get it that way. I’ve had much more success doing that than relying on the shoddy code TableOne runs on to redirect me.

### 3/5 — Great app, diminishing functionality

*2025-10-09, version 2.0.7*

This app has helped me get reservations consistently in my year of using it. However, of late with recent changes to pricing structure and UI you can no longer see live updates and the ability to filter your alerts is incredibly poor. I hope things change soon for the better otherwise I’m not sure it’ll be necessary to pay for anymore.

### 1/5 — Update has stopped functionality

*2025-09-29*

Update 9/29: we received emails and responses that the change was temporary and would be fixed in a few days 11 days ago. Functionality has just gotten worse.

I’m not sure if there is some kind of defect ongoing but there is now no ability to see what’s available at a given time, you can only create notifications, also when the app launches off a notification you have to re input all of your information into resy then you miss the opening. Needs to provide another update asap

**Developer response:** Hi, this change was temporary and a new version will be launched in the coming days with this functionality restored. Thanks for your patience!

### 2/5 — App gets worse with time

*2025-09-25*

I’ve had this app for over a year. Through the introduction of a pricing model, numerous redesigns, and constant updates, you’d think the app would become better and more stable.

But the longer this app has been alive, the worse it gets. Table stakes buttons simply don’t work. The live search has been completely removed (I’ll be demanding a refund for loss of functionality), and even simple things like editing an existing alert don’t work.

The selection UI is garbage (impossible to determine which times or party sizes or dates are actually selected), and really it feels like an app developed by someone with no experience and more importantly no passion to fix the issues that anyone would encounter in every day use.

In other words, I doubt the developer of the app even uses it— otherwise they’d find it extremely frustrating.

It was a nice idea, but it’s definitely time to move on.

### 1/5 — No filtering after update

*2025-09-18*

After the most recent update, you can no longer search/filter by desired date/time or party size. Without this feature, the app is not even close to being worth paying for. A shame, because this used to be my go to app for late reservations. It’s useless now.

**Developer response:** Hi, this change was temporary and a new version will be launched in the coming days with this functionality restored. Thanks for your patience!

### 1/5 — Update has stopped functionality

### 1/5 — $15/mo is outrageous

*2025-07-01*

Downloaded because it was recommended by an article I was reading. Providing free and accessible notifications for hard to get reservations before even Resy knows? Sounded too good to be true. And it was. Because as soon as I signed up, I tried to create an alert for a restaurant only to be hit with a popup about a subscription. Nowhere on the app page prior to downloading was this mentioned. Even worse, $15/mo? For a glorified notification app? Please be serious. At most, I’d pay $2-3. I’m simply not going out enough to justify $15 for the CHANCE, not even the guarantee, that I’ll get a reservation. And not even a good chance at that considering some of these restaurants have as low of a % as 8%. You’re better off buying/paying for a bot to get your reservation. At least that’s a guarantee AND it’d be cheaper on the long run

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Works but I literally cannot delete my subscription

*2026-07-06, version 5.0.0*

I emailed them too and nobody ever got back to me

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2026-05-22, version 4.0.0*

Do not get this app. They will charge you month after month, even after you have deleted your account and app, and not answer any email regarding your subscription. It is impossible to delete your account within the app even though their website claims otherwise.

If your marketing team sees this, do yourselves a favor - answer my emails and refund my money.

### 1/5 — Literally stealing money

*2026-05-20, version 4.0.0*

I have now reported this app to the App Store for fraud. I’ve been paying for months and a recent update signed me out and took away the capability to do any operation other than create a new account, so I can’t sign in to use the membership I’m paying for, I can’t cancel it, and I can no longer manage through apple. Do not sign up for this service, once you’re signed out you will be left with NO way to use your subscription. I have had to block them with my credit card company.

### 1/5 — DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

*2026-05-16, version 4.0.0*

This app was great when it worked. However, it forgot that I have a membership. So finally I decided to cancel, but there is no way to cancel the membership. Nobody responds to emails or direct messages and they keep charging me. I was able to block charges on my credit card but they keep repetitively trying to charge me! Save yourself the headache and don’t get the app!

### 1/5 — Resy Banned Me For Using This

*2026-04-06, version 4.0.0*

Resy has shadowbanned me multiple times for using this service. The developer insists they are in compliance but Resy has increased the shadowban each time and now it seems permanent or extended. I have contacted TableOne customer support 10+ diff times and they only responded once with lies. Be careful with using these services as they are not in compliance with Resy and will put you in bad standing with other entities despite confirming compliance. Disappointing to pay and receive 0 service after a couple days but a good warning for everyone else!

### 1/5 — Takes your $$ and then doesn’t work!!!!

*2026-03-05, version 4.0.0*

Purchased a membership to this app and continue to get charged for it but the app tells me that it can’t find my membership!!! The UX is ridiculous - there’s no way to log out and log back in. There’s no one to contact about this problem although it must be a common one because the error message says “Can’t find membership. If you’ve purchased a membership and are receiving this message restart the app or try again later” For $15 a month I’d like to be able to use the app!!!!

### 1/5 — Scan

*2026-03-04, version 4.0.0*

I never used the app and they charge me monthly. Now I can’t cancel even trying contact with the app even apple.

### 1/5 — This doesn’t do anything that free apps already do

*2026-02-14, version 4.0.0*

It simply links you to Resy or open table or wherever the reservation might be. The time slots aren’t accurate either and don’t let you click on them without first redirecting you another website. Save your money

### 1/5 — READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING - DISHONEST DEVELOPER

### 5/5 — GAME CHANGER for securing top restaurant reservations

*2026-02-06, version 4.0.0*

The NYC restaurant game is a beast. Places like Semma, UNP, Don Angie, and so on are nearly impossible to get reservations on your own. Enter TableOne. You can set up an alerts for anytime any day or a particular day and time and get alerted as soon as that availability is live on Resy or Opentable. This means you’re alerted before Resy Priority Notify. I have been to Semma almost 10 times since downloading this app last July. Worth every penny, this app is a must for any foodie looking to take the stress off getting hard to get reservations.

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2025-11-11, version 3.0.0*

Have been able to get so many great reservations with this app, highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Phenomenally Handy

*2025-10-24, version 2.1.0*

This has been a game changer! I don’t need to manually set up Notifies on Resy or OpenTable for multiple dates for multiple restaurants. It’s made planning for weekends a lot more stress free and just fun with the amount of spots they have!

### 5/5 — Life-Changing App for NYC Foodies

*2025-10-23*

Just purchased my annual plan, and within minutes I could already feel my decision paralysis washing away. TableOne is a game-changer for anyone who loves New York’s dining scene but doesn’t have hours to spend refreshing reservation pages.

I just take a deep breath and let the alerts come to me. Within one day, I scored a Torissi Friday-night reservation I’d been trying to get for months!

If you’re a New Yorker who appreciates great restaurants but values your time, this is the app you’ve been waiting for

### 5/5 — Goated App for Last Minute Reservations

*2025-07-31, version 2.0.0*

This does a terrific job of aggregating the most in demand reservations in real time showing you exactly what’s available across all reservation apps at the time of your liking. I have been using it for serval months now and it has been a life saver helping me get reservations I never would have known became available. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — The best for amazing reservations

*2025-05-28, version 1.9.4*

The app is awesome and helps me stay on top of the best tables in NYC with ease. Highly reccomend

### 5/5 — I go into this app literally every day

*2025-05-27, version 1.9.4*

If you’re in a city that TableOne operates in and you love food Good, idk why you wouldn’t have this app!!!’

### 5/5 — Better than my Amex Card

*2024-08-19*

This app is the reason I’ve been able to get into over 50 of NYC’s best restaurants. It consistently delivers me notifications of availability that Priority Notify I get with my Amex doesn’t. The user experience for setting an alert is also far superior to Resy’s, and I only have to create one alert as opposed to creating one every day on Resy. Elite product, highly recommend for New Yorkers and those visiting the city.

### 5/5 — Best App Ever!

*2024-08-08, version 1.7.6*

This app is amazing and has gotten me so many reservations at places I’ve been trying to go to forever! The developers of this know exactly what they’re doing!

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2024-06-22, version 1.7.6*

Gets me the best reservations in NYC. Almost like a magic trick. Everyone needs it.
