Search/browse hotels experience is too limiting now. No way to filter properties on beaches. Stay dates are fixed and required for exploring hotel options, but what if you have flexible dates and just want to find the best hotel/location/room first? My main complaint is the change to photo galleries. Takes too many steps to get to photos, please bring back the carousels. Also the rooms available should have photos showing the actual space, not just a generic/default room photo.

J’ai choisi Tablet pour l’exigence affichée, notamment à travers le lien avec le guide Michelin.
Résultat : au COMO Point Yamu, une nourriture insipide et très grasse du début à la fin, sans raffinement ni cohérence.

Si la restauration ne fait pas partie des critères de sélection, autant le dire clairement. Parce que dans ce cas, je ne vois pas l’intérêt de mettre en avant le Michelin.

Je tiens à préciser que malgré la réactivité apparente du service client, c’est uniquement grâce à mes propres démarches que la situation concernant un souci de conversion monétaire a été résolue. J’ai personnellement trouvé un accord avec l’hôtel, sans que l’équipe tablet n’intervienne  réellement dans la résolution du problème. J’aurais apprécié plus de transparence à ce sujet.


J’ai souscrit à Tablet Plus avec l’idée d’un vrai privilège : surclassement garanti, expérience haut de gamme, exigence à la hauteur du prix.
Résultat ? Aucun surclassement confirmé, même en écrivant en amont.
On me répond : « On ne peut rien garantir. »
Donc je paye 99€/mois pour un peut-être ? Pour une restauration médiocre dans un 5 étoiles ? Pour un service client qui me laisse résoudre seule les problèmes ?
Non merci.
Une offre premium qui ne tient pas ses promesses, c’est une offre à fuir.

À ce niveau-là, je m’attends à une expérience complète. Pas à devoir me contenter du minimum et corriger moi-même les ratés.

I love this app, but ever since the last update, 90% of the time I get an error message when I try to click on a hotel, or click on my profile, or try to look at my saved lists… Whatever you guys did this last time, please un-eff it.

For users who are flexible about dates of travel, it’s not possible to select a hotel first and see availability. One can only search by specific dates (again and again until availability is found). It’s a pity because many of these hotels are appealing enough that I would plan a trip around available nights.

I would never trust tablet for a hotel recommendation again. The hotel we booked was so bad we couldn’t stay and not only did they do nothing about it, they blocked me from reviewing it even though I still had to pay for the room. Beware.

One of the main reasons I would use the app was the ability to create lists of favorite hotels, and then quickly check price and availability of all the hotels in the list at once. 

Now that functionality is gone and I have to manually check every hotel one by one, which is a far worse experience.

I don’t understand why you would take out such a useful functionality.

Tablet has absolutely no ability to manage their hotel partners in any way. They are literally just a an online vending machine where in you put money in and a hotel room comes out but that’s where it ends. If you have any issues which human beings do all the time in our lives tablet can do nothing to help you with your booking. I was unable to travel because of Covid which we all know is unpredictable and they had no ability even with 24 hour advance notice to get me a credit or refund or anything. The hotels that they work with clearly do not respect them. I work in events and I work with hotels all over the world, and hospitality management groups are not as inflexible as the ones Tablet has partnered with. So like most app-based companies out there this is a lot of air and almost no substance.

Je cherche un hôtel à Amiens et on me propose une auberge à Chantilly. J’apprécie votre sens de l’humour et beaucoup moins votre application.Les autres essais sont du même tonneau.Rendez nous le guide Rouge.

**Developer response:** Merci pour votre commentaire. Tablet est un sélection très stricte d'hôtels de charme et de luxe. Au contraire d’un annuaire, nous ne recensons pas tous les hôtels mais seulement ceux qui répondent à nos critères de sélection qui sont les suivants:
- design et architecture
- personnalité singulière et authenticité
- service de qualité et confort de premier ordre
- intégration dans le paysage et la culture locale
- capacité à proposer une expérience peu commune dans leur gamme de prix

C’est la raison pour laquelle toutes les destinations ne sont pas couvertes.  Nous regarderons de plus près tout hôtel à Amiens dont vous pensez qu’il répond à ces critères. Il n’y a pas de coût pour un hôtel pour être sélectionné ce qui garantit l'intégrité de notre sélection.

A member of Tablets Plus for years, I have booked dozens of times with the app and have never been disappointed. The best app for those liking small boutique hotels with charm and high quality service around the world. Well done! And the recent integration with the Michelin Guide is a plus!

I love this app!  I’ve been following them for a long time.  During COVID, I made wish lists of places to stay with this app.  I felt like I was able to travel from my own home to experience some incredible places around the world.  Great deals - better than going direct to the actual hotel web sites to book a lot of the time.

I have used many hotel booking apps and websites over the years and nothing comes close to Tablet. Some others have started out strong only to become a disappointing mishmash. While I feel the odd hotel should not be featured on Tablet, the vast majority of what they offer (and at a very attractive price point), make Tablet the top app for booking hotels in my opinion.
