## What is Tabletales.gg?

Tabletales is a cozy keepsake for your board-game nights, not a leaderboard, not social media. Just a warm place to remember who came over, what you played, who won, and the photos from the table.

REMEMBER EVERY NIGHT. Log a night in seconds: the games, the scores, who was there, and a few photos. Look back anytime, who won, who watched, who laughed, it's all still there.

KEEP SCORE, IF YOU WANT TO. Highest wins, lowest wins, finishing places, co-op, or teams that share the victory. Open the optional Scorepad to tally hand by hand with running totals, or skip scoring entirely. The memory is the point.

NERD OUT ON YOUR STATS. See the games you keep coming back to, your best nights, and the crew you play with most. Tap any game for its details and your whole history with it.

A SCRAPBOOK, NOT A CAMERA ROLL. Your game-night photos, kept together with the night they belong to, instead of lost in your camera roll.

NEVER PUBLIC. Tabletales isn't a feed. Your nights stay between you and the people you play with, never posted to the open internet. Keep your history open to your crew, or switch your profile to Private so people see only the nights you shared.

Gather the crew. Roll the dice. Tabletales keeps the rest.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-20

Polish and fixes
• Adding or editing a night no longer leaves an empty gap above the header.
• Back and Next stay above the keyboard while you type.
• The Scorepad button no longer looks like a scoring mode. It sits right above the players.
• Add buttons (a player, a game, photos, a guest) share one clear look.
• A game's icon lines up with its name and mode on every card.
• "You're offline" now shows while you're adding or editing a night.
• VoiceOver says which option is selected.

Add it up
Tap any score to open the Scorepad. Type a number, or add a few together with + and −. Playing to a target, like 500? Set it in the Scorepad. The leader wears the crown as you play, ties included. Kept score hand by hand? Open the night later and tap Scorepad to see every hand.

Share the Scorepad
Tap share on a game's Scorepad to send the whole score sheet as a picture, or send the game card and the Scorepad together. Small games can carry a photo on top, or go without.

Easier Location Entry
Tap Here on the place field and Tabletales fills in your city. It asks only when you tap, and only for your approximate location.

Also new
• The place field suggests places you've played before.
• Profiles open faster, and your crew lists people on Tabletales first.
• Two people with the same first name are told apart (Mike R. and Mike J.).

Fixes
• Scores kept hand by hand are never lost when you edit a night.
• The app no longer freezes when a friend's night arrives while you're adding one.
• Search results stay open while you scroll, and Cancel always cancels.
• Quick add saves without needing a name.
• A crown no longer carries over to the next game, and a team picked as the winner gives way once points are entered.
• Long comments and large text sizes no longer get cut off.
• The date picker reads properly in Daybreak.
• Signing out clears your nights from the phone.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-08

Share a night as a keepsake

Tap the share icon beside a night's name, or on any game, and Tabletales makes a card for it: the date, who was there, each game and who won, with a photo from the night or the game's box art. Drag the photo to frame it just so, then send it to Messages, AirDrop or anywhere else, or save it to Photos. Your memories stay private; the card carries no link.

Who won?

A new way to score for games without points. Pick "Who won?" and tap the winner, or several for a shared win. Typed a lone score for the winner and left the rest blank? Tabletales now takes the hint and hands out the trophy.

Also in this release

- Inviting someone by text now attaches the night's card.
- Adding a game from a night no longer disappears if the night refreshes while you are editing.
- Cancelling a new memory clears the draft, so the next one starts fresh.
- Highest or lowest wins can be switched from the scorepad.
- Small fixes to the duplicate-night prompt and to wording throughout.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-26

- A much better, more intuitive Scorepad for multi-round score keeping.
- Built-in "take photo" option, allowing you to snap the final board without leaving the app.
- Offline drafts so your memories and photos aren't lost if you lose signal or close the app.
- Add a game straight from the bottom of any night.
- Co-op games now have a distinct player list (not just night attendees).
