• Cavernous Cave: echoes, shadows and danger
• Dark Dungeon: claustrophobic corridors and tension
• Horror pack: haunted woods, ghostly whispers, dread-filled ambience
• Western pack: frontier winds, dusty towns, outlaw tension
• Sci-fi pack: starship hums, synthetic atmospheres, futuristic beats
• Highlands pack: celtic inspired fantasy expansion

• City: bustling, busy, and energetic
• Village: cozy, acoustic, and safe
• Kingdom: grand orchestration for noble courts
• Tavern: warm, lively music for NPC chatter and downtime
• Shops: calm and quirky for browsing
• Underbelly: dark, dangerous, and tense

BATTLE: DYNAMIC COMBAT WITH INTENSITY CONTROL
Tap any battle track to reveal real-time controls:
• Intensity slider: slide down for tense ambient combat, slide up for epic high-stakes action, while the loop keeps playing
• Mood slider: shift the intensity between neutral, losing, or winning for a more dynamic and exciting combat scenario
• Victory and defeat stingers: end the encounter cinematically with one tap
• Death Throw button: for when you’re on the ropes, and tension is at an all time high
• Boss battles: maximum-intensity tracks for dragons, demons, mechs and final showdowns

SOUNDBOARD: SOUND EFFECTS FOR LIVING SCENES
Layer one-shots and ambient loops over the music: sword clashes, spell blasts, crackling fires, thunderstorms, tavern chatter, monster roars, alien beeps and more.

### 5/5 — Incredible App for tabletop immersion.

This has been the perfect app for immersive music and sounds. Genuinely outstanding features.

**Developer response:** Thanks Keinenbeineman! So happy to hear you’re enjoying the app and features

### 4/5 — Love the concept

*2026-06-21*

This little app really brought my D&D one shot to life. It was easy to use and had some great little tunes to go along with the different areas visited. While $5 for what this is seems reasonable, I’m perfectly willing to double it if more niche sounds were available.

-category for monster sounds. (Spiders, werewolves, trolls, snakes, etc)

- category for simple sounds that are actually used a lot such as door knocks/someone knocking on the door.

- more magical soundtracks with various levels of intensity for things that aren’t a battle but are becoming more mysterious or maybe as a clue that a boss battle is nearing.

Opening/ending sequencing music would be nice.

**Developer response:** Hey SlinkyCat, thanks for the awesome review and suggestions! I'm happy to announce that we have actually implemented all the suggestions you had, and have expanded or soundboard and musical library to include what you mentioned!

We are also currently working on lots of new music packs that will expand on the library and functionality we already have. Thank you again and I hope you're enjoying the app!

### 5/5 — Cool app

*2026-06-15*

Nicely done, especially being able to add sound effects in the music! Will be using this during playtesting of our upcoming rpg project

**Developer response:** Thanks Dreadnaught! Glad to hear you’re enjoying everything, good luck with your project.

### 1/5 — Same as everything else these days

*2026-06-10*

Make a great product. Refuse to let you buy it … just rent it like everything else …would be great if u could just buy it … sad … they don’t even let u try the whole thing out without signing up … downright horrible business model
Dont fall for it …

**Developer response:** Hi Greenblood, we do have one time purchase items for all our music packs, and we do allow users to trial premium, AND also allow users to demo premium pieces of music. I’m not sure why you had trouble with the app, because all your listed issues are not actually true. If you’d like to reach out to support (contact@tabletoptunes.com), hopefully we could get this resolved for you.

### 5/5 — Superb Product Great Support

*2026-05-15*

I love this app. It’s better than others I’ve heard recommended for tabletop gaming. It’s smooth and intuitive and has transformed the games of HeroQuest I play with my son.

Moving into and out of battles smoothly is brilliant. You just want to turn off auto lock on your phone so you can be responsive to what’s happening in the game. It levels up a game to feel like a big event. It’s like Baldur’s Gate 3 vibes on your table.

When a bug popped up in the app the team were super responsive and got it fixed in a day. Their communication was awesome and I felt like they really care about the people who’ve invested in their work.

If you want to stop diving through endless tracks on Spotify that dont quite work and dont transition well with game action then this app is glorious.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind review. So happy to hear you’re enjoying the app and I’m glad we were able to fix the problems you encountered

### 5/5 — Tunes for tabletop

### 5/5 — Game Night

*2026-03-23*

Perfect for your game night!

**Developer response:** Thanks Steve, glad you’re enjoying the app for your game nights!

### 5/5 — Great for background

*2026-01-20*

We aren’t DnD-ers but we play it with all the games (Carcassonne, Catan, Ticket to Ride…you know the type). It’s fun. Puts you in the game even more!

**Developer response:** So glad you’re enjoying the app! We hope the music can be used for any game, not just TTRPGs
