This will remove all bugs relating to video playback. The non working scrolling, full screen and what not. This is the greatest problem the app faces, as video content is the main reason we downloaded the app in the first place. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-01-15, version 1.2.1* No videos showed up app didn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Bad App and Subscription Problem *2025-01-03* Had been wanting to try it out and watch Arab on it and wax excited but as soon as I subscribed it kicked me out and won’t let me look at anything on the app and is trying to make me subscribe again when it already said I did and shows it on my phone. Never received a response the first time about canceling my subscription, I then forgot about it. Now’s it been 6 months, haven’t watched 1 video and they been taking out $10 every month. It’s impossible on the website to “manage subscriptions” because it’s greyed out with a “stop sign” when your cursor goes over it. If this isn’t resolved within a week, I will be contacting a lawyer and blasting this on social media. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to read this. I’ve attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times and it won’t let me. I’ve contacted customer support and when I said I wanted to cancel their server was all of a sudden off line. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear this. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS SCAM! ### 1/5 — DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFO *2025-11-11* I canceled my subscription within the app, later I was still charged and on their website it showed me as still subscribed, when I try to cancel their website format is glitched to where you can’t submit your cancelation request. Update 11/11/25: I was able to cancel my subscription shortly after I left my original review 2 months ago, I had to file a dispute against their charge and won of course. Now can’t get past creating a username. This app is trash and a scam. My username in the app stated that username was created successfully but will not allow to proceed. It stays in the create a username prompt. DO NOT WASTE TIME or your MONEY!! I downloaded this app because I follow Seal on tour YouTube channel.
